Melissa's signature accomplishment is the highly acclaimed Largay Travel Mentoring Program. Developed after earning her Master’s Degree in Education, this program is now in its eighteenth successful year, nurturing new talent into highly successful luxury travel advisors and multi-million dollar producers—a journey she takes immense pride in facilitating.

A natural traveler herself, Melissa's enthusiasm for seeing the world—along with her joy in family (sons Christian and Evan, and dog Ceccio), gardening, food, wine, and music—enriches her leadership and passion for the industry.
