As a strategic operations executive, my role is dual-focused: I manage the restructuring and oversight of our entire Air Department and lead our internal office staff in an HR capacity. I’ve transitioned from the logistics of booking to the strategy of leadership, ensuring that our team, our technology, and our talent are all perfectly aligned.

I specialize in creating the infrastructure that allows our Independent Contractors, corporate clients, and tour operators to thrive. A key part of this was my implementation of a dedicated 24-hour air sales and emergency team, ensuring our clients have access to seamless support and expert service regardless of the time or time zone. By integrating advanced reporting technologies with a focus on professional development, I bridge the gap between sales, operations, and human resources.
